Our fully equipped ERP software is a comprehensive solution for automation of campus function and information management. Moreover, our smart campus integrates the academic and administrative functions of the college while connecting students and their parents with the system. The system can be accessed by means of KIOSKS which are located at convenient places.
Functions of various modules of the system are as given below.
Admission Module – Student admission, admission cancellation, branch transfer, seat matrix, re-admission and multiple reports like student history, branch wise list, batch wise list etc.
Fees Module – Course wise fee collection, balance fees, fees refund, multiple reports.
Library Module – Book record, book issue, book return, renewal, lost book record, book tracking, stock verification and multiple reports
College Admin – All master settings are created from college admin.
Exam Module – Examination marks history, all semester marks, records and multiple reports.
Department Module – staff can mark attendance of students attending various courses, time table entry, internal assessment and reports.
Attendance Module – Staff attendance (biometric device),
Staff Info System – Staff info like leave status, attendance, time table etc.
Student Info System – student can check their info like exam mark, fee detail, attendance, time table, admission detail etc.
Management Info System – In this module higher authority like principal, director, and other designated officers can check all the activity of college.
Placement Module - Student placement record, campus details and update on various companies
Transport Module – Bus route detail, bus detail, pick up and drop points.
Parent Module – Parents can access the system through internet and can check the attendance and marks obtained by their children.
