IICA has an extensive technical library and resource center spread over 15,000 square feet with a vast collection of books.

The resource center at IICA provides informative text, glossary definitions, current news and research, practice exercises, national and international journals and periodicals to provide a rich and complete learning environment.

The Library is managed by a Chief Librarian along with seven Library Assistants and is equipped with modern document archival and duplication machines.

Moreover, an e-library, with internet connectivity is also provided as an extension to the library. Besides computerized bibliographic reference information, classified abstracts of publications and journals and even full texts of papers are provided.
